Welcome to the Carin Pelvic Floor Training app!
How does it work:
One in three women will experience urinary incontinence at some point in their life.
Carin Training is an exercise program developed to strengthen your pelvic floor. A weakened pelvic floor is often the cause of inconvenient urine leakage and incontinence.
Carin’s tailored 6 to 8 week Kegel exercise program helps women recover and live leak free. By investing 8-10 minutes a day in exercising your pelvic floor you will strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and experience a full recovery or improvement.
It works the following way - Each week you will be presented with a series of informative and personalised pelvic floor training videos. Each video also provides a supportive text, to help you organize your routine. You will find this information by clicking the ‘I’ icon next to the video title.
At the end of each week you will be presented with the ‘Carin Challenge’. This series of short exercises are aimed at measuring your progress and include for example - how many jumps you are able to do and how long you are able to squat without any leakages. Enter this information and keep track of your improvement. If needed, you can also intensify the jumping exercise by doing jumping jacks. The exercises can be adapted to your own needs.
How to start:
Enjoy your training!
